The team at OCLC bring a wealth of library experience and technical expertise to UnityUK that ensures effective delivery and on-going development of the service. 

Support

Pam Moxham is one of a number of professional librarians providing telephone, e-mail and online support for UnityUK.

 

Training

Andrew Christison delivers UnityUK training and also produces both written and video training materials.

Service development

Katie Birch is responsible for working with TCR, current subscribers and the OCLC development team to agree and deliver the on-going strategy for the service.

 

Data contributions

Ann Charlton works closely with colleagues to ensure data quality by improving existing data and by developing new mechanisms for continued data contributions.
