TCR Council Members work in partnership with the OCLC UnityUK team to scope, deliver and develop the UnityUK service.

The UnityUK team at OCLC includes people responsible for support, training, service development and data contributions. Each individual in the team works within well documented ISO 9001 guidelines to ensure that a quality service is delivered on behalf of TCR to UnityUK members.

The OCLC team regularly meets with TCR to discuss progress with the UnityUK service including current issues, future developments and service vision. These meetings are influenced by both TCR and the views of UnityUK members.
