LinkUK

LinkUK (formerly V3. online) is the interlending system that serves 78 libraries throughout London and the South East, the West Midlands and South Wales.  The LinkUK service, provided by OCLC, is on track to be integrated with UnityUK in 2008.  UnityUK   and LinkUK are coming together to deliver the first national resource sharing service for the UK.
LinkUK's 7 million bibliographic records, with over 17 million individual holdings are now integrated with the UnityUK union catalogue.

Integration Update: June 2008

Nearly all LinkUK libraries have been trained in using UnityUK and the majority are using UnityUK to respond to incoming requests. A growing number of LinkUK libraries are already using UnityUK for requesting. All LinkUK libraries will move over to using UnityUK for requesting and responding when ILL Fee Management goes live in UnityUK (planned for autumn 2008).
